By creating an account or using FolderMagic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FolderMagic is an AI-powered file organization tool that helps you automatically sort and categorize files across cloud storage providers (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) and local folders via our desktop application.
You may create an account using Google, Microsoft, or a passwordless email link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of your billing period.
If you are unsatisfied with FolderMagic, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@foldermagicapp.com. Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the first billing period.

FolderMagic accesses your cloud storage only with your explicit authorization. We move and organize files according to your rules and preferences. While we take great care, you acknowledge that file organization involves moving files and you should maintain your own backups.
All content, features, and functionality of FolderMagic — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of FolderMagic and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or software without prior written permission. The FolderMagic name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of FolderMagic.
Your files and data remain your property. FolderMagic claims no ownership over the files you organize using our service.
FolderMagic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, file misplacement, or damages resulting from the use of the service. We strongly recommend keeping backups of important files.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FolderMagic after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
